Sorry for downtime
Sorry all for the downtime. Our hosting provider switched things around a few months and apparantly their email servers can't send our email servers any email anymore(which is a bit strange, considering they should be both in the same building, or maybe not so strange *because* they are in the same building). So at any rate, I haven't received any invoices or whatnot for quite some time. Normally I send payment regardless, but I forgot last month. I wondered why they never communicated anything to me, so I paid yesterday for both months, but apparantly the supervisor has to monitor their paypal account, and one of the early techs switched off the server this morning before the supervisor got around to logging the paypal payment.
I called them, and they realized that several other people hadn't replied to emails that they have sent, so its more than just a problem communicating with us. They are working on the issue, they logged my payment, they cancelled all of my late fees for the past month since I didn't receive an invoice, and obviously the site is back up. Hopefully this should never happen again.
