((She don't know me very well, do she?))

"I vote ice. We have less chance of being spotted and you people have so much bulk on you that if I can take it you certaintly can."

"I too, would prefer the icy land, especially if we'll be getting new glothes regardless of the choice." Sarah said softly.

"I vote for Ice too."  *Amy remembered all those midwinter nights that her father had made her sleep outside.  She knew that it had been cold because of the ice and snow, but she had not felt uncomfortable.*

Jean winces, letting Carl help her up. "Fine. There's enough votes, Let's just stop voting and just go through the ice unless it would be deadly for someone, and get it over with!" She winces, and clings onto Carl's side.

Lain nods to Jean, then glances to Zelda, before heading for the hole in the world, though he was continuing to comment. "Pardon. Apparently I didn't explain myself well enough. The aura, or shell of silence would simply nutrilize the sound waves atempting to travel outwards through it. Sounds would still exist inside the shell, and be able to come in through it. ((sience + magic + fine control = scarry)).

Jasmine, already seeming slightly nervous, nods... and blinks, and her entier family is swathed in thicker than normal calibeas over their normal clothes. She glances to Carl. "We're in a hurry, right?"

Carl nods, "I don't think that we should dawdle when Ben's brother might need us."

Zelda hurries to follow Lain, though surprisingly is a little wary of just rushing right through the hole.

Ryvaken flew through without hesitation. He was visibly uncomfortable in the temperature, but did not voice complaint. Anyone with basic knowledge of biology could surmize, however, that his small body lacked the insulation to handle the temperature well.

"Er... Am I the only one still worried about clothing?" Sarah asked, bewildered.

*Chris sighed stepped through the hole only to moments later vanish with his now typical burst of light. Within fifteen minutes and another burst of light he would reappear on the 'iceland' side of the rift with two backpacks in hand.* "Well glad I can do that fast." *He sighed.*

After everyone has gone through the hole, Ben stepped through and closed the rip. The air here was very cold, and small clouds appeared at the mouthes of everyone. Bens cloak shifted into a well-insulated fur coat

"Right everyone, this way. Try and go as fast as you can, but not too fast, you dont want to slip"

He started heading for where the room was, quite a fair bit away

Ryvaken hugged himself and flew alongside. He was not handling the weather well.

((due to the forums re-structuring and whatnot, I will now be taking over as Ben Katt, aswell as Matt Katt in this thread. The mule had a good run in my opinion, but its pointless me going through the trouble of re-accessing him souly for the purpose of this thread))
