Hes coming out well of a mage-character. But he still cant rival Xan! :D

Doesnt he also have a ball-buster spell that he used on poor Remus in the Ode to Tolkien comic?

That appears to really be a Magic Missile spell. How he aimed it just right is beyond me. Surprise [:O]

Well there isn't anything that says you can't aim it.

Ahhh, now that's more like it.  Nice work, Galuf. Cool [H]

I don't know about D&D 3.5 but there used to be text that said you couldn't aim for specific body parts with a Magic Missile.  The spell Arudin casts on Remus is called Arudin's Low Blow, a modification of the standard Magic Missile designed to specifically target the dangly parts of the victim.  I don't know how seriously you want to take that custom spell, though. Stick out tongue [:P]

Re: The Official DCI Character Stat thread! (3.5 Edition D&D, Forgotten Realms rules)

Well, Durngrim was rather customized, so why not?

    Arudin's Low Blow

    Evocation

    Level: Sor/Wiz 1

    Components: V, S

    Casting Time: 1 standard action

    Range: Close (25 ft. + 5 ft./2 levels)

    Target: 1 male creature

    Duration: Instantaneous

    Saving Throw: Reflex Negates

    Spell Resistance: Yes

Arudin modified this spell himself for use against tough male opponents. It functions rather like a magic missile, except that it targets... a rather sensitive area on a male target. When used correctly, the spell does 1d4+1 points of force damage and and must make a DC 5 (plus caster level) reflex save to resist being stunned. If the save fails, the target falls is stunned and falls over prone.

This spell only works on targets who are male in gender.

    How's that?

Okay, so I think I'd throw that in as a replacement for that third Magic Missile spell. That, and probably Kayless should post the spell in the stat block if he can. Wink [;)]

Edit: Just added ol' Elfy's AC. Can't believe I forgot that! Embarrassed [:$]

I don't know... getting hit in the nuts is only dc 5 + castor lvl to avoid being stunned?... I would think 15 plus spell level, maybe dc 5 to avoid coughing up blood...

How about DC 10 plus caster level, then?

How DC10 + Caster level to avoid being stunned but even if they successfully make that saving throw they still lose a certain amount of Dex (it's hard to move properly even if you aren't knocked prone after something like that).

No. It only makes you wish you were (or dead). If it makes them a Eunuch, it'd probably be called "Arudin's Vile Castration" or something like that.

Well, as soon as Arudin's done and over with, I'm thinking I'll do one of these 3 next:

    - Lepus (who might be tough)

    - Archeon (lots of interest in this guy)

    - Gruffyn
