Hmmmm, what does an awakened tree look like anyway? Indifferent [:|] Like an ent or something?

Maybe a tree with a cup of coffee in its branches?

Yeah, it might look like an Ent/Treant, or like Vkm's idea. Maybe even sort-of like the living brooms from Disney's 'Fantasia.'

I have a feeling you can come up with something unique, Kayless. Wink [;)]

Seeing as how Arudin and Lepus' stats are now up, I guess I can consider them finished unless I find any future errors. Big Smile [:D]

I thought Galuf hadn't got around to doing Castor's stats yet (hence their absence). Has he posted them and I just missed it? Surprise [:O]

Re: Looks like a popular thread

Mad Mal, Acheon, Lucia, Thadeus and Gruffiyn's stats are of little consequence to me. I need Castor's stats for the little project I voluntered to do. I still have two weeks of exams that I'll be free to start the work... So it would be nice to have Castor's stats.
But I did "hear" talk about Castor's stats.

A theif can be pretty complex

But I can assume Castor will be pretty aufish and/or inept at his theivery. Its not even a field he really knew before joining the group

He probably has no ranks in his rogue skills just an enormous amount of luck to avoid getting killed by all those traps.

That's about it.  He's a fifth level rogue with decent stats but has completely misallocated his skills.

Re: The Official DCI Character Stat thread! (3.5 Edition D&D, Forgotten Realms rules)

I was working on stats for Castor the whole time. I just came to percieve that Arudin was in more demand.Embarrassed [:$]

Here they are, and hopefully this whole thread won't ominously crash on me again. Angry [:@]

    Castor Isengrim (Medium Humanoid [Human])

Chaotic Good Male Chondathan Human Rogue 5 (ECL: 5)

    Hit Dice: 5d6+5 (40 hp)

    Initiative: +2

    Speed: 30 feet (6 squares)

    Base Attack/Grapple: +3/+3

    Attack: Shortsword +5 melee (1d6+3/19-20/x2)

    Abilities:

    10 Strength

    15 Dexterity

    12 Constitution

    12 Intelligence

    9 Wisdom

    10 Charisma

Saving Throws: Fortitude +2, Reflex +6, Will +0

    Special Attacks: Sneak Attack 3d6

Special Qualities: Evasion, Trapfinding, Trap Sense +1, Uncanny Dodge

Skills and Feats: Balance +4, Disable Device +9, Escape Artist +8, Hide +12, Move Silently +12, Open Lock +10, Perform (Sexual Prowess) +13* **, Sleight of Hand +10, Search +9, Tumble +10; Skill Focus (Perform [Sexual Prowess])*, Stealthy, Weapon Finesse

Equipment: Swortsword, Thief’s Tools, ‘Durngrim’s Guide to Great Shex’ (Gives Castor a +2 bonus to his ‘Perform (Sexual Prowess) checks**), rogue’s outfit

    Challenge Rating: 1

I have a feeling they're not quite done yet. Should his skill points be more misallocated than that?

That looks about right. Castor can get his ass beaten any day of the week. But we love him

That 15 dexterity is generous :D

Chondathan? Castor's not from Chondath.  He's a Sword Coast boy. Wink [;)]

Disable Device is too high, as is Escape Artist, Open Lock, Move Silently, and Sleight of Hand. He really sucks at most things rogue related. Embarrassed [:$] Putting some points into other skills like Innuendo, Jump, and Climb should help (making him a jack of all trades, master of none.... or rather, half-way decent at none). Big Smile [:D]  He used to be a stableboy/handyman at the inn he used to work at, so maybe he should have Profession [whatever] in there too.  On the matter of Feats, I'm not sure the Skill Focus [Sexual Prowess] is quite right either (he's not that good in the sack). Stick out tongue [:P] Since he's not all that bad in hand-to-hand, maybe Dodge and Mobility would be better than Skill Focus and Stealthy.

Actually the book is called "Durngrim's Big Book of Shex" (as seen in episode #137). He's also traded his discount shortsword for a magic rapier he found in Sraxsuth and Blinky's dungeon.  I was going to make it a Rapier of Puncturing but I'm not sure if that's a wee bit too powerful for ol' Castor.

Come on Kayless. Give the poor Castor at least something to be proud of. I wonder if his constitution should be higher give the ammount of punishment he usualy takes, being cooked (well not exactly cooked but still) alive and then walk away takes some endurance...
