Oh, really ? That's great... 'cuz all the other Brazilian (iBest and Pop, which both have 80MB+ space) options ask for too much details... and some can't be forged... well, not legally, at least.

And if all else fails you can always go with Lycos, which has the same space as Yahoo!
But Yahoo! is a less annoying.
