Some one mentioned that the C&P template isn't around anymore so since I have it save on my computer I uploaded it to my web space.

YAY!  I've been waiting for this thing to come back for FOREVER.   Or a simmilarly exorbitant amount of time.  And not only that, but its back with some of the old C&P Fillers!  YAY ^_^  I hope others (I'm looking at you Ryv) dig up their old C&P Fillers and contribute them too.

how dos this cut and paste topic work? is it like a fan comic sort of thing or a game or wha?

you use your paint program of choice, pate the template into it, and make fan comics. Origionally, Dan was supposed to release more charactors and stuff, but..
