    My Friend.

I just want to say something, and this was the only place I could put it, even though it's not absurd at all.
A friend of mine died this morning and I want everyone to know. He was a great guy, and he had a lot of friends. We'll all miss him.
    Goodbye Craig.

I love it when I'm asked to play with fire.

Sorry for your loss, blackpanther. I'm sure it is very hard to lose a close friend.

I'm sorry to hear that, I've lost a few friends... it really changes your views on life and death; keep your chin up and hold the good memories close.

    Re: My Friend.

I'm not very old, at least I hope I'm not, but along the way I've lost too many friends already.  Even now the I can recall those emotions.

I offer my sympathies, understanding, and support, in your time of loss.

    Re: My Friend.

Thanks everyone. I got to go to his funeral on wednesday, and it was beautiful. Everyone was crying, even our big muscle-macho guys. (especially them, actually). One guy even came all the way back from Queensland! There were over 150 people there, and more that would have come if they could. He was very well loved and popular.
He had a few interesting song choices though. He practically planned the whole funeral himself. He had "feeling good" by Michael Buble" and "Book of Love" by someone who's name Ican't remember. This is fine. However he also had "Moving Right Along" from the first Muppets movie and "Always look on the bright side of life" Monty Python, The Life of Brian. The last one was, conveniently, cut to exclude the phrase "always look on the bright side of death"
It was really sad anyway, even the happy songs made us cry.
But there's still the wake which, according to him, is supposed to be a happy occasion.

I love it when I'm asked to play with fire.
