I second the 'watch Death Note or die' petition. I'd also like to start a 'watch Paranoia Agent then tell me what the hell it was about'.

Elsewhere... in Texas in fact... a high school kid and her father have petitioned their school to get a book removed from the curriculum, despite the school allowing the pupil to choose another book for her assignment. In a delicious cavalcade of irony, the book is none other than Ray Bradbury's Farenheit 451! The girl's father, despite having admitted to not reading the book, cited in his complaint: 'dirty talk', 'violence', 'smoking cigarettes' and 'talking bad about our firemen'(!) The news came during Banned Book Week, aimed at promoting freedom of speech through written medium. WTF America?

@ Agnald - I'm sure the moving out from your mom's was probably one of the biggest helps for you. I'm doing as well as ever. Nothing good's happened for me but then nor has anything overly dreadful since last I was around here.

LOL, seems when quoting, words aren't cencored in the edit box.

I can happily report that wasn't it... Unless she's gonna send me a pic with a huge fake one. >.>'

Other than that, I forgot to mention, I got pointy nails like you had a year ago. >:)

Correction, like I still have. 8)

    That's Texas for you.
I'm not anti-American or anything, but in that state you either really really love America or you're A left wing nut.
And that's coming from a person more on the right side!
What's pissing me off about that tidbit of information is the fact that they effectivly put a censor on the book and its author. Which is bullshit. Stuff like that really pisses me off to no end. ].<

Also, about this Death Note... I can't get into it. I mean, the story itself is good. And something pretty original, but like FMA of years ago I just can't get into it. That's not to say two years from now I won't take an intrest but meh. I do like how much detail they put in the animation, kudos.

I intend to watch Paranoia Agent soon though, so I'll get back to you on that.

Bleach is almost done with fillers, whooohooo!

Re: "Who... ...uhhhm.... ...Whatcha doin?" substitute thread

I went on a shopping spree last Thursday.

    Bought:
    PS2 with a PS2 mem card.
    FF7 Dirge of Cerberus.
    Kingdom Hearts 1 and 2
    Final Fantasy 7, 8 and 9
    Ninety-nine Nights...

But an idiot like me forgot to buy a PS1 memory card for the earlier FF games. XD
Playing through DoC at the moment, pretty good.
Weird that SE never made an actual shooter like this, and still comming out good with some RPG elements in it.

Re: "Who... ...uhhhm.... ...Whatcha doin?" substitute thread

Just finished my final exam on Written English IV. If I get a 4 or more, I'll pass. Now, I'm just chilling out in the uni lab before going home.
Then I'll probably sleep through my afternoon. Couldn't get any sleep last night. Ugh.
Then, on Thursday, I'll check the test results, go to the dentist and then down to Paranaguá again.
There'll be a local metal festival in a few days or so. Some death, some thrash, some black. Nothing too good or technical or even pleasant sounding (the soundwork is so bad that all you hear is the drum goin PAH-PAH-PAH-TUM-PAH and some faint noise that can be the guitar), but it's fun and one of the bands has some friends of ours in it.

Overall just posting to say I'm still alive!

Re: "Who... ...uhhhm.... ...Whatcha doin?" substitute thread

I'm not doing much at the moment.
Just staying up late being bored and not tired.
Filled my amount of new games on, got another 3 games.

    FF4, 5 and 10

Other then that, you brit boys might know about the movie, maybe you yankees too. >.> <.<
    Green street hooligans.
Good movie, at least I liked it.
It's about a kid going to England and getting into a hooligan group.
Elijah Wood doesn't seem to be more then a cute little kid who's ass could be kicked any day.
At the end of the movie, he does look like someone not to mess with.
You see enough blood flying around in the movie, including his.
Just a lil recommendation from me. ^^'

Hey again, just dropping by to show I still care. (Something I need to do more of, I'm falling behind in what you guys are talking about)

The MMORPG I mentioned earlier still manages to pull me in to a good 5-8-12-17 hours of gameplay a day. Heck, me and my new "wife" just spent $20 on an in game wedding. (Rather an enjoyable little piece of time spent there.)

In other news, I've lost what little sanity I think I had left, look here. I just recently finished downloading one of my favorite old weekday morning cartoons, and I'm both enjoying it, and managing to feel ashamed watching it at the same time. =3

Speaking of Elijah Wood, another good (nay, great) film starring Mr. Wood is 'Everything is Illuminated'. Hilarious and tragic at the same time, my kind of film.

Speaking of hilarious tragedies, has anyone else been following 'Welcome to the NHK!'? Its a tragically hilarious anime following the agoraphobic failings of a paranoid delusional / obscene fantasist and the mass conspiracy we call life.

Speaking of mass conspiracy, its christmas time folks. Which means its time to flex your culinary prowess, this year I'm going for Kahlua tiramisu!

Hey man, I'm rolling into town late this afternoon.

    I've sent you a text.

Hey everyone! Happy new year! Let's hope we won't *** up again all we fucked up in 2006!
Anyone got any resolutions for 2007? I, for myself, am expecting to get a job this year, so that people will stop calling me a tramp. Bah.

They call you a tramp because you don't have a job? I thought they called people like that freeloaders? Or am I watching/reading too much Bleach for my own good again?

    Meh. Good luck eh? ^_^

As for me, I'll be up north this entire week freezing and hating every moment more than I ever thought I could. My blood isn't ready for this. t_t

    Later mod~

My room got a make-over this week, again... >.>
And the attic was cleaned out.
    Meaning lots of toys.
Just now I tried to see if one still worked...and... Iunno....feel like playing with it a little.

I kinda wish I could be a kid again...
Days seem to last like 3 days. Care free, no desires, just having fun and playing...

W00T! someone is alive, like this thread! >.> <.<
And yeah... That would be really freaky.
