Is it better to have

a. fully coloured comics
b. greyscaled comics
c. line only comics

i mean considering load time and easy visabilty etc? I'm going through chosing which one to use for my friend (who's the write) and mine's comic which hasn't actually really started yet: http://sweetie.keenspace.com

Depends. If you're good at coloring, you might want to make them in color. if coloring takes too long, you might want to just do lineart. Personally, I think the art in your comic looks fine as it is, what you need to work on is the lettering. I'm having a very hard time making out what the characters are saying..
