Well lets see: higher resolution, better line art (especially around the forehead and the mouth), better shading (the forehead, the eyes, and the hair band) and no more quirky collar bones.
I really like it, and its a big improvement over the old one. Heck, you've even got yours fully colored, which is a feat i've yet to accomplish on one of mine.
I'd suggest doing one of Nanase next, simply because her facial style is simmilar, and her hair provides endless possiblities for interesting compositions. Nanase is also a better known character than the jeremy form, so you'd have to flex your artistic muscles in new directions.
Besides: Nanase is dead sexy anyway
