Baron Wackford is perhaps the most popular 1-off character of the series. (Though technically he did appear in multiple episodes).  He is the ironic goblin,seemingly one of class (as seen with his suit and monacle) and one of eccentricity, too.  He was basically used as a joke when Khaggoth felt out of place.  You can find his debut on comic 122
