It seems that when the last post is made in one of the subforums, it shows the post time on the forum index of the last post made that wasn't in the subforums..
for example: this is how a post appears on the index:

but this is how it looks when you enter the forum:

It instead took the post time of the last post made in the 'Forum Upgrade Coming' thread..
