Yeah, now that you mention it his abilities need a bit of tweaking too.  Something like:

 

13 Strength

15 Dexterity

14 Constitution

13 Intelligence

9 Wisdom

 

I like having 13's in there (shows he's unlucky).  I'm a bit conflicted about Charisma though. Part me thinks it should be around 7 (given how spectacularly he crashes and burns when he tries to get his groove on with most women).

Ah but you see having a Charisma score of 7 actually helps when trying to pull a Drow hottie, so Teagan simply couldn't resist Castor's awful charm.

Yeah, he's shown he can do fairly well against gnolls and skeletons, so a Challenge Rating of 1 does seem to be low-balling him.

Yeah, but I'm not sure how well he alone would do against a group of 5 5th-level characters. I'll have to look into what the Wizards boards really have to say as far as calcualating challenge ratings.
