I like that poster that says, "Giving blood is safe. Nobody has ever died from it."

    Nothing like words of support.

I gotta say, I don't think ****y has ever looked so built in all of his adult life. (Wag's, you gotta be lovin that.) And Gustav in the blue vest will probably give me a fear of those Wal-Mart greeters for the rest of my life. I mean, you just have to wonder, what does make a 70 year old look back on his past accomplishments and think, "Now for my last great patriotic deed on this Earth, I will whore myself to the biggest retail chail in America." Mind-boggling.

    Anyway, good work Vick!

Yeah, it was pointed out to me that abs and pecs shouldn't show unless that clothing is skintight.  I was too intent on anatomical details, but in my most recent work I'm toning down the shading.

And volunteers at blood drives here wear a blue vest or smock, I didn't make the connection with WallMart.

And on the poster that says "Giving blood is safe - nobody has ever died from it" did you guys notice the scribble in the bottom-right corner? In case it's hard to see in the comic, it says "yet"

Ugh, I've never been able to stomach up the courage to go give blood, congrats to those who do. My first year in college I gave plasma a couple times and after having the inside of my elbow permenantly f*cked because the workers couldn't find the vein, I decided that was enough of that bull**** for me.

But if it makes people feel better, I do have "Organ Donor" on my driver's liscence.
