Well basically, if the current picture has already gotten a lot of posts or a day goes by (whichever comes first) a new picture can be posted by anybody. Its pretty loose fitted so that the thread can be fluid and flow smoothly.

I dont know if everybody who wants to has posted responses to the current picture, but if you want to put up another picture, go ahead. We just dont want more pictures than responses, etc.
