Me thinks this will boil down to a fight between the goblin adventurers and the Goblin Slayer and his cliche two minions, Fumbles, getting his hands on a bow and a quiver of arrows will attempt to shoot a minion, miss and incapacitate the Slayer long enough for the party to escape. Upon realizing his dead, Fumbles will reclaim his title of Senor Vorpal-Kick-Ass-o. And I think some one is going to die. Soon.

The sneak peak strongly suggests that he is around for at least a short while. However he may persuade the others to follow him, or perhaps, hopefully, that is one of the last scenes, post Brassmoon City.

I'm beginning to realize that Thaco have met the goblin slayer before, maybe even been one of the creatures kept in, or at least in transit to, Brassmon

also, am I the only one thinking Thaco's killer reflexes combined with his scars and dualwielding makes him pretty much the most awsome goblin ever?

Im definitely thinking that Thaco escaped the clutches of the Slayer at some point, and agreeing with the sentiment that Thaco is the best Goblin (Besides Fumbles of course), I really hope this doesnt turn into a Obi-Wan/Vader duel to allow the younger party to escape...

I rather see dies save himself with his new arm ^^
which is quite possible if you not the sound it does in the end of the latest issue

EDIT: also, remember that banner fumbles had when he faced Minmax and Forgath the first time? another evidence that there's a connection between the goblins and brassmoon, perhaps something looted from a fella hunting Thaco when he escaped, or loot from a warband from brassmoon that caught Thaco, maybe even something Thaco brought with him on his way out
