I hope you actually knocked on wood when you typed that Stick out tongue

    Scratchit: But he's a cripple!
Blackadder: He's not a cripple, Mrs Scratchit. Occasionally saying "Phew! My leg hurts!" when he remembers to wouldn't fool Baldrick!

    Re: Hey Kayless!

    Hey hey gang,

How's it been with you guys?

It's funny how life works some times... well I don't think I'll be doing the comic but while prepping for it I seem to have stumbled on my new life's passion, tattoos. I've always loved tattoos, funny how it never really struck me to become a tattoo artist before; makes good money, get to draw for a living, work my own hours and be my own boss? I'm sold! I've been accepted for an apprenticeship and will begin just as soon as I can afford to purchase my own tattoo equipment, a few hundred dollars and cash is tight... this may take a few months but hey, I'm on my way. :D

My avatar is a small example of my work, keep in mind it's a camera phone picture so the quality is very poor.

    Re: Hey Kayless!

Sweet! I think you will be a good Tattoo artist. Hope you get your gear soon and can get to training. Now just remember tattoos are not supposed to explode. LOL

    Ha! :P

Hey Jwm want a tattoo? >:D

Thanks Jwm, I'm just happy I finally have a career in mind; it only took twenty three years to figure out.

    Re: Hey Kayless!

Having direction for your life is a welcome comfort. However you have to have fun getting there and that is what the first 23 years was for. Now the trick is to continue to have fun for the rest of the ride.

Well if I am ever in Texas I might look you for a tattoo. It has been 14 years since my last one.

Nice to hear you are doing so well, Twitch. Tattoo artist is pretty cool, though I doubt you'll ever have me as a customer, too much pain involved.

    Re: Hey Kayless!

Good luck with that, not that  I'd ever want one (terrorfied of needles, not to mention my mom on an anti tattoo rant) But my sister has drawn a few cool looking ones for my other sister who has them.

no, but really, I do want a tattoo... just gotta figure out a motive that I can look on the rest of my life and think "man, that's awesome and totally 'me', no way I'll ever regret this"Smile

(I'll probably end up getting a couple of them)

    Re: Hey Kayless!

Get many nice looking ladies coming for a tattoo somewhere on their perfectly smooth skin?

    Re: Hey Kayless!

I wouldn't say perfectly smooth,  my grandmother got her first tattoo when she turned 70.

    Re: Hey Kayless!

Good point we should ask Twitch how much wrinkly skin he has tattooed.

    Re: Hey Kayless!

I know I would have to design what I wanted, then decide where to put it where there will be the least stretching later in life.

    Re: Hey Kayless!

Welcome Fog6532. New posters always welcome. Things have been pretty quiet on the forum for a while, and since the comic went into hiatus, they've been almost comatose. Cool
