    Go with the lekku.

    Re: Random Acts of Insainity

Tybaltus knows this but I've recently reinstalled Sims 2 onto my computer and decided I would replicated the DCI cast in the game.  Now some things will not work out... Like I cant make elves (no pointy ears) and I cant make Sims sorter or taller without comprimising their age and I cant make Sims really buff or really really fat (they can be normal or pudgy).

With what little I can do, I have made Castor, Bea, Arudin (with scars), Lucia and Mac. I need to fix some hair to be white/silver for Teagan, green hair for Archdryad, alter skin colors for Ganelon and Khaggoth and figure if there's a way to replicate Archdryad's boob size.  I theorize that Remus is bald (possibly by choice) so that makes it easier to work on him.  Durnkrag will have to be human-sized for the reason I mentioned before about altering height (same thing should I recreate Twitch or another short character).

And as for Lepus... I have to wait for EA to release Sims pets for Sims 2.

That's cool! Can you maybe post the pictures? I know two of the guys at my school managed to print out a remake of the class photo last year using the Sims, but I'm not sure which edition.

Tybaltus?  So formal!  People can call me Tybs, Tyb, birdboy, annoyance who posts a lot.  You dont have to call me by my full online persona Big Smile [:D]

Id love to see Lepus in the expansion, but for now I can already see the hilarity.  Anytime youve got Castor striking out with the ladies, its classic comedy.

I wonder if they have a green-skin option for our half-orc friend Big Smile [:D]

Skin/hair/eye color can easily be altered using the sub-program "Sims Body Shop"  (it allows for creating custom genetics, accessories and clothing.)

Sim-DCI will have modern clothes for two reasons: 1) I'd have to painstakingly recreate their outfits and that's very hard for me to do.  2) Cloaks and hoods are impossible to create as far as I know.  No one has ever offered the proper 3D mesh for such things and I don't know 3D programing.

Deathstar or Dancing Girls? That is a difficult choice.

Actually, I'd go with the Deathstar.

Give a man a Twi'lek and he gets a dance for a day.
Build a man a Deathstar and he gets all the Twi'lek dancing girls in the Galaxy!!!

Cool. Keep us updated on how they get along! And when you create Lepus all the other sims shall tremble in fear.

    Re: Random Acts of Insainity

I've got two stories. They weren't particularly funny at the time, but they were once I was sure everyone was alright.

Story 1: It's Grand Final week down here, so for the Australian Youth Choir (AYC), that means one week of constant performances for lunches and dinners of seperate clubs and groups. On Monday, I was at the back of the stage (same as Fri. before) next to my best friend. We go to get off the stage after rehearsal using the stairs and she walks right off, expecting the stairs to be wider than they were. We caught her, but she knocked into the backdrop and made the whole thing swing. (Not very funny actually, is it?)

Story 2: Another performance. Tuesday night. We have been given no food or drink, been in a boiling hot room and now have to stand on stage (straight, smiling and most importantly, motionless) for 10 minutes waiting to sing our second song. One of the girls suddenly pitches forward into the girl in front of her (she fainted). They both fall off the stage and crash into another girl. All three end up in a heap on the floor. And we were trying to create a good impression! Nobody was hurt, and the girl who fainted was alright. As I said, not funny at the time, but funny later when everyone's alright and you can remember the image of people landing on each other like dominoes.
