I got it on PC the day after it came out. It was a hellish install process. The playonline service looked awesome, but didn't really do anything for me, aside from taking ten minutes from me every time I wanted to connect. I put in the credit card number, connected, created a character, and began.
The game seemed pretty crappy. I fooled around and got hopelessly lost in one of the starter towns. Anyone whom's played an MMORPG knows what I'm talking about. The interface was painful. You couldn't really rework it to be comfortable, you just had to do the best you could and work with it. The combat was terrible, the quests were vanilla and harebrained, and when I tried to uninstall it my PC froze and I had to manually delete it from my program files.
