WhenI click on the advertising button, it takes me to a page but there are no links or information as to what to do next.

What advertising button are you clicking on? And for which site? TWC?

We offer our tower ad on TWC at 8 dollars a week or 25 dollars a month.  We "may" have 1 slot open right now, if not then we will in a week or two.
