anyone else except me who completely love Anime/Manga, have a bit of a creative mind, and like to scetch / draw?
Ever wanted to make Manga / Anime pictures yourself?

well, to make long story short, I haven't been scetching or drawing AT ALL for about 2-3 yrs, except during arts class in elementary school, but then I happened to stumble across a website with tutorials about how to draw Manga/Anime and so I found a second one

I got inspired, picked up some pencils (only crap material though, my brother used up all my old stuff ^^ ) and began practicing, making some Japs cartoon pictures "> still a bit rusty and I never drew manga /anime before, so it's not class yet, but I figured, some of you might like to scetch, this is a comic forum after all, so I'll supply you with some links:

maybe in a bit, so far I've mostly practiced... and to be honest, since I had no other scetchbook, I drew it all in a "squared paper" scetchbook ^^

well, I got 1 that is pretty much finished, so I'll scan and upload it someday, but first I want to finish the other 2 I'm working on... one is sort of about to deal a bitchslap (yes, it's a girl ^^ )
the other is in an action pose

but sure, as soon as I'm done

I see you've been drawing manga a tad bit longer than my puny 5 days ^^

EDIT: Allmost done with one that I like, just going to fix the katana, and maybe give some last touches, then scan it, and give it some cleaning and color in PS

 there ye go lads, took me about 5 days to do, constant scetching and drawing, even worked on it during class ^^ the teachers will never know why I allways pick a desk in the back =P

EDIT: hmm, still have to practice on making nice hair ^^
I'm pretty satisfied with the coloring and shading though

yea, the face was easy to do, I think it's hard to get a body that's both proportional and with all the limbs twisted correctly ^^

but, practice makes perfect

well, here's another one... even if practice doesn't make perfect, it sure as hell makes faster ">

I feel a bit of quality was lost, since I had to adjust one of her boobs after I had colored it (damnit, should have looked harder before scaning)

I had even added lens flare's to the swords, so it was arse to fix em, they were a bit crooked ">

I did that all the time. You print something out and take an extra sheet of paper. No one notices.

@ Shaddow, Another good drawing, I think the legs do get too thin towards the ankles. Don't worry about the breasts, they are very difficult to draw right, that's one reason why I prefer drawing guys.

yeah, it crossed my mind too, and the feet got a bit deformed, but I actually draw her huge, and then it's hard to get an overview before scanning, and I just felt, "what the hell" ">

besides, it did look better before I actually put color on it, I must've shaded the feet and ankles in a bad way, so you're getting mind-tricked, or something, because when looking at the original here in my hand, it looks fine ">
can't be arsed to fix it (hehe)
well, you learn something new with every picture you do... have to see if I can get a good tutorial of how to draw guys, must be somewhere out there
