Yesh folks, this is the Original Quake. Seems some people have old systems. But really, there is no excuse to say "My system is too slow" for this game. And besides, it's a classic. ^^ I'll post some links later on for files you NEED these days to run it easely. If you feel like making your own game, the engine source codes are released in the GNU peneral public licence. If you look hard, you'll even find the Quake C files for modding. Just get some action. This forum appears almost useless at this time.

My system is not archaic, but I have Quake I, because frankly, I can't play shooting games with the mouse. I am simply too used to playing them on the keyboard, and it frustrates me to try and play it with a mouse.

I have it, but I've always liked Unreal Tournament better than the Quake series..
