Just FYI, I'm currently working on an AMV (Anime Music Video) out of scenes from Jin-Roh. Havent really started the video itself yet, just got the clips i wanted to include eh... cropped (i.e. ripped) from the dvd, but i'm thinking about going with Rammstein's Sonne for the audio. Anyone think this is a good idea/match, or what other song do you guys think would do well with the clips from jin-roh (considering the whole theme and plot of the movie itself?)

Mmm, sorry for not posting that much, it's kinda a time shortage and with postage on DCI being really really high somedays.

But hey, when I saw this title...how can I ignore?

Jin-Roh that's with the Human Wolves counter terrorism squad isn't it?

Haven't seen it in quite a while and don't know what kind of feeling your going for, but if your using the dark side of the film, why not use "Harvest" by Opeth (if your going for something Sonne-ish)
Personally, I think Sonne isn't that good, and a bit cold and emotionless, while it tries to be sad and depressing.
Or if you want to go for Rammstein, do you know Mein Hertz Brennt (My Heart Burns)which is very very moody. (And a great concert opener )

Maybe Hurt by NIN will fitt the mood, dark brooding, not very high tempo, but if you want a higher tempo, Puscifer's "Rev 22:20" is pretty good with a always good Maynard James Keenan and Haunting female vocals.

'though in all honesty (and after fast-tracking through my Winamp list and realizing I'm severely lacking in modern -not at least 2 years old- music) I would have to go and give you the following recs:

BHH - Sweet Dreams
Chaos Gate - Ultramarine Chant
Deviates - Come With Me (if you wanna fast-pace the AMV)

...or of course you can go and use Sonne -or trust someone far more knowledgeable in this matters such as P.

(freaky as it is... when I read Archer's question I instantly thought of 99 Red Balloons... what does that say about me?! :S)
