I still don't know what to do. If I leave her out in the rain she'll heal, but she'll also become more likely to stay as a vampire for longer, but if I take her away from the rain and try and get her back to her old self she could die...

Fisali, victors dark side, walks out of the cave.  'Hmm Victors has found his way some how into the past i see.  Well he has hidden long enough and now I have found him and he will pay for what he did to me or I can do that, yeah.'  Fisali then sees Piri carrying Wraithgaurd.  He runs over to there and steps infrount of Piri.  "Hello there, do you happen to know where a good vampire by the name of Victor is?"
