technicly the heartless have hearts, they just ignore them. and they dont actualy EAT hearts, just crush spirits and own large software companies

(Heartless = Humans who have lost all hope and faith in love and the light, they open themselves up to the Darkness and get's overwhelmed by it. Bein a creature of the Darkness they intend to feed upon others hearts in an act to try and replace the one they think they have lost.

Excample on the Heartless have hearts = When Sora became a heartless he went to Kairi because his heart led him there, ergo Heartless have hearts, and follows their hearts desire.)
