Occording to the 3.5 players handbook most Rangers are chaotic, they don't have any alignment restrictions.

Fumbles always was a bit of a lunatic, I'd just hate to see his humor gone...... maybe fumbles will, from now on, try to carve labels into other peoples heads, instead of proliferating disguising mustaches, he will help people remember who they are...
