All adventurers needs a bar some times. To find rest, a drink or perhaps a new adventure. This bar sits in the middle of a big, adventurish city. This is where heroes, mysterious people, wizards, and other people gather...

Fred the barkeeper looked around. Everything had been fixed since last nights fighting. Tables stood ready, barrels were full and the band was starting to set up their instruments. Now he just had to wait for guests...

Gadimus, the half-elf-hobbit-ent-centaur and half-kobold-goblin-orc-troll musician stood proudly as he gathered the will to tune his pipe-tar. Ah yes the legendary pipe-tar half pipe and half guitar. Em Cb E# and Q, the instrument produced the sound of a cat being ran over by a steam roller. Magnifican't sound that amused some and mused others.

He causciously eyed the others in the bar, paying close attention to Fredrik so he cannot give him tonight before he is paid for his musical performance.

Other members of the band were getting ready and Gadimus tuned to the point of perfection in awaiting the go ahead from Fredrik.

Fred realised that he had forgotten one thing. He took out a small yar from under the bar, opened it and took out two small balls of cotton from it. He then stuffed them into his ears.

Aaah, that's better, he tought. He then gave the sign to let the band start playing...

Gadimus raised an eyebrow questioningly as he pondered what in the land before tim could a small yar be. Was it some sort of clear solid jar-like creature? Or could it be the sloth of malcontent that plagued these lands.

Using an odd body dialect he motioned to Fredrik that he would have a bag of the cheapest finest wine from the storeroom below.

Finally the band began to play their famous song "Who stole my yar?"

Fred looked around. No guests had arrived yet...

Gadimus nods and spake in a wild tongue "Aye, tis' now that we must duel." He then lowers one arm into the crane position, another into the toaster, yet another(!?) into his nose and nods silently for hours on end waiting for Fredriks reply.

I shouldn't ever had hired that guy, tought Fred.

"Stop fooling around and get back to playing!" he yelled to Gadimus.

Gadimus shed a single tear... his heart was breaking for he was the only one who knew that Fredrik was possibly his father or some other relative. Yet to this day Fred has never appreciated him...

He suctioned his lips to the his instrument and started to blow with tears of sadness and hope for the future exploding from his eye sockets. Hoping and some more hoping that someone else will enter the bar.

Suddenly and without warning!

A man crashes through the window of the bar!

SMASH!

He gets to his feet and brushes broken glass from off his shirt.

He is dressed entirely in red. His shirt is long sleeved and you think you can see the end of a small wooden holster with a dagger in it in his sleeve. He has a red cape, gloves, pants, and boots. He is also wearing a red head band with a fire opal strait in the center. His hair is a bright fiery red orange. His eyes are green and bright sign of intelligence. His face has an overly happy look to it. He has many weapons that can be seen on him. He's holding a quarter staff, a long sword strapped to his back, the two daggers you saw earlier, and a crossbow on his left side. He also has a small hand harp on his right side.

He strolls over to the barkeep and asks, "Hiya! ^^ I'm Jolly Feather, the wandering red bard! Who might you be?"

Gadimus eyes Jolly Feather. This bar is not big enough for two Bards! While Gadimus is not even a full fledged Bard there is still not enough room. Poised for attack Gadimus shouts!

"I Challange you to a sing-off!"

A huge smirk curls along the side of his face as he awaits the reply of JF. "He does not know what powers I hold in this vocal prison I call my cord" he said to himself a little too loud.

Jolly Feather looks around for a minute...

Just then!

"Gah!"

Jolly Feather throws a chair at Gadimus. But sadly, it falls short....

All he says after that is, "Doogie..."

"Hey, I don't want any bar fights this early" Fred said angrily.

"You gonna order something, Mr. Feather?"

Prince Karo the half-cat person walks into the bar.

"hey, bartender!" he says, walking up to the bar, "one catnip c0cktail, please!"
